What motivates human behavior? How do we set certain purposes? Why do they differ from goals of other people in similar circumstances? With some people we communicate easily while others don’t understand us - why?
The purpose and objectives of the training:
Study in detail three main motives of human behavior. Determine the most effective ways of communication between representatives of all motives. Develop flexibility in the use of all three motives. Learn how to set and correct goals, based on the leading motive of a subordinate. Identify effective hierarchy, based on compatibility of maps of their motives.
Actuality of training During the training, participants will get acquainted with practical results of one of the most interesting studies of the ÕÕ century - the study of models of human motivation. We will get to know what is the key to success of our most distinguished contemporaries, get acquainted with the three main motives that move them, and learn how they think. All information at this training is purely practical. Its effectiveness was proved by many leaders of the leading companies in the world, and now these tools are represented at the training to help develop local companies.
During the training participants will learn to:
• quickly and accurately determine the map of motive of partner, subordinate, colleague
• develop motives in yourself to increase the flexibility of actions in business
• develop f motives in others to ensure that employees are pleased with their job and work efficiently
• translate information from "language" of one motive to another in order to use different motives at work on different tasks, reaching maximum productivity

Additional information
The training will take place on September 25 – 26 (Sat-Sun) in Kiev, business-center «Cubic» (Sholudenko Str. 3). The training begins at 10.00pm an ends at 18.00pm (coffee-breaks at 9.30, 11.30 and 16.00, lunch at 13.30-14.30pm). The cost of the training is $500 in accordance with the exchange rate of NBU for the day of payment. The cost includes handouts, coffee-breaks, lunches. After the training each participant is provided with certificates, CD with photographs and handouts.
