Training for NLP Trainers 

For all practicing and future NLP trainers regardless of NLP category, for all those wishing to improve professional training competence. 
The task of the training: to pass behavior strategies of the best NLP-trainers of the world to new generation. The training for NLP trainers by Frank Pucelik aims at teaching the skills, which make good trainers the best trainers!
Presentations (“aquarium”) and group discussions of video recordings of participants’ work will help develop practical skills. Following issues are scheduled for working out at the training:
 
1 – «Do what you do!»
-          Keeptoagenda.
-          Result is defined by design.
-          Study the topic deep enough to be able to watch the participants’ reactions.
-          Move forward.
-          Rememberthatsuccessisnotinyourheadbutintheheadsofthetrainingparticipants.
-          Adhere to steps’ sequence.
-          Name topic or question.
-          How do you plan to do this?
-          What are the steps or the process?
-          Demonstrate.
-          Clear out the process.
-          How to observe and what to note.
-          Stop and discuss.
-          Keep to the plan.
-          Clear out the strategic changes you make after the demonstration.
 
2 – Define the scenario
-          What do you expect from the group?
-          How should the participants help?
-          Who takes responsibility?
-          Individual approach.
-          Make everybody move (am I alone here?)
-          What shall we do and when?
-          Live through what you tell people.
  
3 – The role of the trainer in the group. Building mutually beneficial relations with the group
-          Discussing examples of interaction development between the group and the trainer. How to feel comfortable, stay an individual and control the group dynamics at the same time.  
-          What is more important for the training participants – trainer’s individuality or the topic he talks about?  
-          Verbal and non-verbal agreement of participants.
-          How do you know you achieved success with the group? (their help is necessary).
 
4 – All kinds of feedback are useful
-          The program success is in the participants’ heads – not in the trainer’s hallucinations. 
-          Everything participants give to you is the way to success. Try to move in the right direction.
 
5 – Expressive and efficient presentation
How to do a presentation. Topics for discussion and practice:
-          Where should you stand?
-          How should you move?
-          Is touching acceptable?
-          Voice parameters change.
-          Gestures.
-          Emotive words.
-          Conflict-causing words.
-          Whom do you protect?
 
6 - «Hidden agenda» in the trainers’ work and behavior in the group
Preventing and working with conflict situations. Answering difficult and provoking questions of the audience.  
Typical tangled situations:
-          «Victim»/ «Poor me»
-          «I will help you be great»
-          «Scientific assistant»
-          «Are we done yet?»
-          «I know better than you do»
-          «Power struggle»
7 – How to be pleased and satisfied with your job being a trainer?
-          What is your goal?
-          What is your audience and what do they learn?
-          What do you REALLY work with?
-          A good trainer.
 
8 – Beliefs, strategies and skills standing for the information  
Learning how following issues can be included into your training:
-          Conscious and unconscious teaching of the above mentioned issues.
-          Short “speech” (what is it and what its functions are?) We shall work out the skill of an extended “speech” you shall use in your trainings.  
 
9 – Communicationandexpressive techniques
We shall work on the previous course skills and get to the new level of expressive skills.
-          Practice what you preach
-          Demonstration
-          How to shift participants
-          Use gestures as influence instrument
-          Non-verbal control
 
Each participant is offered:
  • Tutorial handouts.
  • Certificate of training accomplishment.
