A group of managers and professionals in staff departments at  the branches of “Euroset North-West” would like to express their gratitude to a leading expert of “Pucelik Consulting Group” Frank Pucelik for conducting seminars “Leadership. Effective staff management” and “Models of Human Motivation” in 2007.

We’re happy to admit professionalism and skill of the trainer. The atmosphere of trust, skillfully created at the seminar enabled participants to join discussions of numerous situations from both trainer’s and audience’s experience.

The seminars were quite dynamic with all the issues being addressed. Frank Pucelik created situations, solutions for which participants found solutions independently, sharing their experience afterwards.
