“Professional communication. Effective Interaction Skills” - training by Mr. Frank Pucelik in Odesa on May 23, 2009.

The preparation of this training started from the initiative of FLEX alumna Anna Solodova. Later information about the training was spread out among FLEX alumni from all the regions of Ukraine and among active young people from other NGO’s, universities and youth organizations like AISIEC, AEGEE and others by FLEX Alumni coordinator. The training took place in the University of Mechnikov in Odessa.
The main task of the training was to increase efficiency in understanding and implementing professional interaction skills of communication. On this training, we had a chance to obtain fundamental skills in art of communication, had an opportunity to improve skills and learn many new details important for professional communication. During exercises, we worked out step by step interaction strategies and obtained new experience aimed at strengthening authority and influence.
The training gathered 56 participants. Among them 12 FLEX alumni Anna Solodova, Mykhaylo Ihnatyev, Nikita Bavsyuk, Irina Ogay, Volodymir Bilay, Artem Sokolskyy and some other active FLEX alumni from Eastern and Southern Ukraine.
All participants had really enjoyed the training and would love to know more. We're all grateful to Mr. Pucelik for sharing his experience and knowledge with us.
