Private Enterprise ‘FOST INDUSTRY”, official distributor of Deutsche BP AG/IL&S in Ukraine started cooperation with a consulting company “Pucelik Consulting Group” following recommendations received from those who are already cooperating with PCG.

Individual approach in combination with an original method of presenting material applied to our company enabled us to receive and memorize exactly the knowledge and skills that we needed.  All the training programs were performed in the atmosphere of partnership and understanding.

During the time of our cooperation with Pucelik Consulting Group we organized business courses for our employees at different levels.

The leadership and employees of the company gave a high estimate to the series of the trainings in the following topics:

- “Leadership. Effective Staff Management”

- “Professional Processes, Procedures and Protocol in Business”

- “Models of Human Motivation”

- “Professional Communication. Effective Interactions”

This series of trainings produced good results and made it possible to increase work efficiency dealing with clients, improve internal business procedures and standards of team interactions.

In our opinion, all the trainings were performed on a high level both in terms of emotions and contents in an exciting and creative environment. The handouts, which were very well designed, not only proved helpful in discussions but currently are used as reference material.
