Evaluating efficiency of the company’s management structure and its employees’ performance; coming up with specific suggestions on developing company’s management structure and the system of measures to improve employees’ performance and increasing productivity.

2.

15 Sep 1997 – 15 Jan 1998

Applying the system of measures on increasing productivity in practice; practical monitoring of the restructuring the company; practical consulting for the owners and managers of the company.

15 Jan 1998 – 30 Nov 1998                              During this period of time Mr. Pucelik (president of P &A) worked as HR department director; Mr. Garin (vice-president of P & A) worked as an executive director of “Fortuna”

Practical implementation of the complex system of company management, system of financial analysis and financial model of interaction between departments in order to increase efficiency; introducing the system of recruiting, training and increasing efficiency of employees. Conducting trainings and seminars on developing professional skills of “open market” for the employees at all levels of the company.
