 Criteria and procedures of certification for NLP-Practitioner:

1. By “fundamental abilities of NLP Practitioner” needed for certification we understand the following:

   • Establishing rapport (pacing and leading on different levels);
   • Clear perception (calibration, describing states with external indicators, sensory feedback);
   • Clearly obtained result (orientation at the frame of solutions, collection of information and goal setting);
   • Systematic thinking (multi-level diagnostics, selecting technique for the defined symptom);
   • Congruent communication (behavioral support for NLP presuppositions, obtaining and supporting own resource states);
