The goal of the training is to increase manager’s efficiency in most areas of expertise necessary for high-quality leadership and successful management in a competitive company.

You’ll also learn about all the challenges of power and leadership. You’ll take a test to identify your own leadership model. You’ll learn power bases that support different leadership styles. We’ll be discussing obstacles that effective leaders face. You’ll learn how different leadership styles affect productivity and how to maximize contribution of every employee, skillfully combining leadership styles. You’ll learn how to move your employees to the higher levels of productivity quickly and effectively unlocking their potential.

Additional information
The training will take place on March 21 – 22 (Sat-Sun) in Kiev, business-center «Cubic» (Sholudenko Str. 3). The training begins at 10.00pm an ends at 18.00pm (coffee-breaks at 9.30, 11.30 and 15.30, lunch at 13.00-14.00pm). The cost of the training is $500 in accordance with the exchange rate of NBU for the day of payment. The cost includes handouts, coffee-breaks, lunches. After the training each participant is provided with certificates, CD with photographs, handouts and the list of participants.
