The main task of the training is to increase managers and leaders efficiency in understanding and implementing professional interaction skills of communication.

Studying communicational process
Studying language models of brain hemispheres. (Proper use of powerful instinctive communicational models)
Learning and using “Pacing” and “Leading”
Studying six main Calibrations (inner emotional states)
Studying four Representative Systems
Studying Complex Equivalents
Practice of control of internal and external responses
On this training, you will obtain fundamental skills in art of communication. You will have an opportunity to improve your skills and learn many new details important for professional communication. On our exercises, you will work out interaction strategies step by step and obtain new experience aimed at strengthening your authority and influence. After the training, you will have an opportunity to participate in a long-term program on development of effective communication skills.

The training will take place on December 5-6 (Sat-Sun) in Kiev, business-center «Cubic» (Sholudenko Str. 3). The training begins at 10.00pm an ends at 18.00pm (coffee-breaks at 9.30, 11.30 and 15.30, lunch at 13.00-14.00pm). The cost of the training is $500 in accordance with the exchange rate of NBU for the day of payment. The cost includes handouts, coffee-breaks, lunches. After the training each participant is provided with certificates, CD with photographs, handouts and the list of participants.
