It’s been many times now that representatives of senior and middle management of the companies that are part of the holding (BATES Ukraine, Adell SAATCHI & SAATCHI, ZENITH Media, 141 Ukraine, Brandaid, ADM Group, Abrikos), have attended Frank Pucelik’s training programs. These were open training programs and specially ordered for our employees only.

Since our employees regularly attend training programs in Ukraine and abroad, they are able to compare them. With this in mind, what we saw and learnt from Frank really differs a lot from everything we had seen before. There are several reasons for that.

First is a non-standard approach to problems-solving. Training program combines different perspectives and approaches, which are classic management, psychology and simple common sense.

Second is its practical application. These trainings are all about everyday situations we get into on a regular basis, not some abstract notions. Therefore, everybody was leaving the training program with a clear vision of specific steps he would make.

And finally the third is unique form of presentation of course. Frank’s acting demonstrates each example outstandingly.
