The skills of using information are crucial for success in competitive markets. Frank Pucelik’s seminar provides a perfect opportunity to examine effective behavior patterns within the professional information structures. The training puts an emphasis on an objective necessity of “information ladder” principle to be introduced in the company.

Practical group and individual exercises allow developing a model for developing information ladders for particular companies. Seminar examined information quality criteria, factors that cause loss or misuse of information in the conditions of an open market and the ways of minimizing those.
