Corporate policy staff development in our company suggests high requirements to the companies, which provide training services.  F. Pucelik’s trainings meet such requirements completely.

The training helped managers of our company evaluate strengths and weaknesses in staff management and examine plenty of complicated tasks connected with power and leadership.

The feedback received from our employees, proves that the training allowed them to assess working situations not only from a leader’s, but employee’s point of view, foresee problems, solve personal issues firmly but delicately at the same time. Mr.Pucelik’s psychological experience appears to us to be crucial. The training addresses such problem as “young manager” issue – difficulties in managing people of older age, who are fairly ambitious and more experienced.
