About R.F.Pucelik’s trainings
More than 10 managers at top and middle level of our company attended training programs “Professional communication” and “Developing incentive motives in subordinates” run by Frank Pucelik in 2001.
Based on the feedback from the participants of the training and my personal observations, I could single out the following features characteristic of Frank’s trainings:
- Informative – within short period of time participants get the most advanced knowledge on the topic, problems are analyzed from different perspectives (psychology, marketing, economics, cybernetics etc.) with various solutions suggested afterwards.
- Realistic – all presented information is supported with a lot of number of examples that demonstrate the results of using new knowledge and skills both in developed countries and post-soviet economic space.
- Practical – on completing the course of training participants are ready to put the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired at the training, in real business conditions.
One of the advantages of the training is undisputed talent of the trainer in terms of his ability to control the audience and turn the training to an unforgettable experience.
High quality of translation enables English non-speakers participate without wasting time and losing information.
At the end of the program we could notice considerable progress achieved in an everyday activity of those managers who took part in F.Pucelik’s trainings.
