Frequent public speaking and communication one-on-one requires from each employee of PCG strong communication skills. Each employee in the company can polish those skills and make experiments in the course of two weekly meetings of corporate public speaking club. During an hour-meeting one of the employees presents a prepared speech on one of the seminars topics, which is followed by a session of unprepared performances. The structure of work meets the standards of an international association of public speaking clubs “Toastmasters”. For that reason at the end of each meeting experts appointed provide feedback to all speakers according to such criteria as: time, speech purity, grammar, gestures, voice control – all of the things that will prove helpful for a trainer at his work.
The company holds internal seminars, working groups and brainstorms, which help each employee to try roles of listener, observer and active player. Quite often only observing Frank Pucelik, the owner of the company, provides a lot of food for thought and changes your behavior to the better.
